There are storage lockers w/ cell phone chargers available for rent.

There is a concession/snack bar inside the building and a full service bar 21+.

There are drinking fountains inside the building and free water stations located outside.

No outside food or drink is allowed. People with medical conditions can check in needed items at the Security Office.

What’s the ADA information for the venue?

There is an ADA viewing area. The building is ADA accessible with ADA restrooms. Additional portable restrooms are located outside.

The inside of the building is open during outdoor events and the outdoor patio is covered.

We don’t have lockers, people may keep their belonging with them.

Yes, there are always water coolers on the bar as well as a water fountain.

Sealed water bottles are allowed as are empty ones to be refilled. We have a full servioce bar with NA drinks as well. People can bring in picnic lunches and there are always food trucks at every show.

ADA Parking info is here. There is a separate entrance for ADA and a ramp that extends all of the way to the ADA seating section.

Not many. There is a large tree some people can sit under. We allow shade umbrellas and small canopys

Guests are encouraged to not bring bags to Saint Louis Music Park. If guests do wish to bring a bag, it can be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Oversized bags and backpacks are not permitted.

Diaper bags must be accompanied by a child and are subject to inspection

Exemptions will be made for medically necessary items that require a bag larger than the 12” x 6” x 12” limit and are subject to inspection

Seats are located under a roof, so there is shade there. In the case of heat exhaustion, our EMS team will bring patrons into the main building for cool down.

There are a couple of water fountains in the park, but bottled water is also for-sale at the concession stands.

They do offer ADA seating. Customers requiring ADA seating are instructed to reach out in-advance and the venue will accomodate them individually.

Its an open field – there are trees etc for people to get shade but no indoor areas.

What is the venue’s belonging/bag policy?

Bags must be an individual clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bag no larger than 12”x6”x12” with a single compartment and/or a small clutch bag (4.5”x6.5”). Backpacks are not allowed.

Yes, as long as we confirm with our concessionaire beforehand, we can open up early.

Yes, there are multiple hydration stations within the venue.

Unopened or resealable water bottles are okay, we do not allow outside food without medical exemption.

We do have some shaded area in the form of a large tent (Crescendo) by the Skyline Stage.

What is the venue’s belonging/bag policy?

Any bags measuring greater than 12″ x 12″ will NOT be permitted into the venue. For smaller bags, searches will be conducted. Backpacks, camelbacks, knapsacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, and briefcases are NOT allowed.

Small purses, wallets, clutch wallets, and drawstring bags are permitted assuming they do not exceed 12″ x 12″

The Palladium does not have storage lockers or a coat check at this time.

Yes - the Palladium Outdoors features a variety of Food Trucks & Concessions at each event to cater to various dietary needs.

While the Palladium Outdoors does not permit outside food or bevereges, Patrons who require snacks, etc. for medical needs are expemt from this rule.

What’s the ADA information for the venue?

The Palladium Outdoors has an ADA section that is equipped with plenty of seating as well as a wheel chair riser, to ensure that all fans have a pleasant viewing experience. There are accessble restroom facilities and a bar located directly next to the ADA section.

Regular General Admission tickets are acceptable for utilizing the ADA section. Patrons who would like to use the ADA section, but have not made prior arrangements, need only speak to an event staff worker for assistance with accessing the ADA section.

The stage inside the Palladium Downstairs (Right next to the Outdoor Main Stage) is used as a “triage” area for patrons experiencing heatstroke, dehydration, etc. This area is set up and monitered by EMS personnell.

Alternatively, the upper lot where merch and concessions are located is a shaded area.
